Long Term Program

Significant long-term training activity which (as opposed to a training project) comprises of a series of courses, and usually has a flexible time and cost budget.

 1.    Supervisory Development Program (SDP):
       SDP (Supervisory Development Program) is a strategic competency model designed to address the       
       expectations of Top Management of the company in developing Middle Management leadership. This program
       is designed to equip Operation and Maintenance Supervisors with a set of tools and best practices
       that will ensure that they work in a confident and competent manner that enhances their ability to deliver
       corporate goals.

2.    Familiarization Program for Fresh Graduate Engineers:
       Familiarization Program is designed for newly graduate Engineers which divided into (4) phases such as  
       Orientation, Induction, OJT and working under close supervision until the hiring period for qualified
       participants. This is a year plan program based on client’s specific requirements. The program aims to
       prepare  fresh graduates to the next step and be more competent to their field.

3.    Professional Development Program for Administration Staff in Technical Organization:
       PDP (Professional Development Program) is a premeditated model designed which develops Office
       Management Staff in a Technical Organization for planning and organizing an office environment and a team 
       of people. This Program includes (12) training modules aligned with (6) categories of competency edges and
       span about (6) months depends on the client’s requirements.

4.    Enhancing Skills for Operators & Technicians:
       This training program is intended to enhance the basic knowledge and performance skills of Operators and
       Technicians alike. It aims to develop the skills of Operators and Technicians in an organization enable to
       become more productive and proficient with the task bestowed to them. This (6) months program covers a
       wide variety of Instructional situations focusing on specific skills for both Operators and Technicians.

5.    Leadership Skills Program for Young Leader Engineers:
       Leadership skills program is proposed for Engineers with the aim of becoming effective leaders as young as
       they are. The program will include leadership theory and self understanding on how to play a very important
       role. In addition, the program will provide participants with a greater understanding of the need 
       for engineering leaders to be successful communicators, negotiators & influencers to ensure they have a hand
       in shaping policy and procedure as well as establishing a positive profile and representation in society.
